Cedar Lodge
Cedar Lodge has three bedrooms - two twin rooms and a double bunk.
In addition the lounge sofa converts to a double bed, enabling it to
sleep a total of eight.
This cabin has two bathrooms, each with shower and toilet facilities.In
building and equipping Cedar Lodge, we have created accommodation that
can be enjoyed by everyone.
- Doors are wide enough for wheelchairs to fit through comfortably
- There are kitchen worksurfaces with lowered tops
- One of the two bathrooms has a wheelchair-friendly shower
- One of the toilets is fitted with non-slip seat and hand rails
- There's an electric bed
- Free on-site wheelchair and electric scooter
- And we've even remembered easy-to-use can openers!

Chestnut Lodge is a specially adapted four bedroom lodge which can cater for up to ten people. Three of the bedrooms can be used by a guest in a wheelchair. The toilets in this lodge are assessable from both sides and there are two extra large shower rooms, one which is ideal for wheel chair users. There is a specially designed kitchen made for chefs in wheelchairs with adjustable work tops and special needs utensils. Chestnut lodge has emergency pull cords in all rooms.
Cedar Lodge, which also accepts canine visitors, has three bedrooms – two are twin rooms and the third as a double bunk. Cedar Lodge is suitable for up to ten visitors.
Oak Lodge in its wild life haven and the secluded Sycamore Lodge have one twin and two rooms with bunk beds in each. Both can cater up to ten people. These lodges both have two bathrooms with showers. One of the showers is wheelchair friendly. The toilets in the shower rooms are fitted with non- slip seats and handrails. There are kitchens with work surfaces with lowered tops.
All lodges have a lounge sofa which converts into a double bed together with an electric bed which can be raised to help you get in and out as well as adjusting at head and foot ends.
