Plan your Visit

Making the most of your day out at Rosliston Forestry Centre.

There’s more than a full day’s activity to keep you entertained at Rosliston but taking a few minutes to plan your activities can help you to make the most of your visit.

We recommend booking activities in advance where possible or alternatively giving us a call to check availability for some of the more popular activities, such as Archery.

For Environmental Education activities please see the Education section of our website.

The Hub Cafe sells delicious food and refreshments throughout the day or if you’d prefer to bring your own food, our picnic area provides ample space for you to enjoy a well earned rest.

Our Gift Shop is your starting point for ‘checking in’ for various activities but also sells a range of souvenirs and gifts to mark the occasion of your visit.

One of Rosliston’s delightful features is that we pride ourselves on making our site fully accessible and many of our outdoor activities are also fully accessible.┬áIf you have a specific disability and would like to understand more about the accessibility and suitability of a particular activity, contact The Centre for more details.

Well-behaved Dogs are welcome at Rosliston (with the exception of attending certain Special Events) provided they are kept on a lead in designated areas.
