Think Like a Tree (TLAT) <\/b>is a series of indoor and outdoor activities and discussions using nature for inspiration. We look at how nature can teach us about being resilient, working together, celebrating our own unique attributes, caring for each other, the environment and our community and how to move forward to lead happier, healthier lives. Think Like a Tree (TLAT) can help people to pause, review and plan for their future, including decision-making, lifestyle changes and careers: Led by trained facilitators. Suitable for adults and young people 10 years and older. Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult.<\/p>\n
Forest Bathing walks<\/b>
\nTake part in a slow, focused walk in a woodland, choosing to try out sensory activities amongst the trees. Forest Bathing is an ideal activity for developing connections within a group and\/or between groups, leaders and teaching staff.
\nSuitable for adults and young people 10 years and older.
