Please help us to grow, manage and improve our National Forest/Forestry England site for wildlife, conservation and education!
Our woodlands and our gardens would benefit from your help.
Volunteering
Our volunteer opportunities support people who want to develop their skills and knowledge around wildlife, forestry, and education – as well as helping us to manage our resources here.
For individuals interested in physical work, wildlife or conservation we have Rosliston Rangers (2nd/4th Tuesday each month 10-3pm) and Drop in Gardening (most Mondays 2-4pm).
Work at your own pace; a range of tasks available.
Corporate Groups also volunteer with us and we have a selection of tasks throughout the seasons.
If you want to build links with the site, you could also join one of our Facebook groups. Alternatively, you can email us.

Please contact us to find out more about opportunities to suit your needs and support our businesses.

Work Experience
We also take work experience placements from applicants of all ages and stages in their careers, particularly people interested in outdoor learning.
We encourage school pupils who want to do work experience to contact us directly rather than letting their parents organise their work experience!
Careers
If there are jobs available on site they will be advertised by the individual businesses e.g. Café and/or listed on the South Derbyshire District Council website under Jobs and Careers.
